Honestly still trying to figure out logistics for what the sweeterless life looks like, but her is what I do know. Starting this month, I'll be buying and baking one sweet a month. To help me stay on track and stay motivated/disciplined, I've made some fun coupons that I will have to redeem in order to enjoy my one bought or baked sweet treat. Which means I'll have to be with someone to enjoy it, making the temptation to overindulge less likely.
